We are committed to building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to make a positive and lasting difference in people’s lives. If you’re looking to refer an individual to Bricket Wood Care the referrals team can be contacted at 01923 628337 or by submitting an enquiry form.

Our Referrals team is the first point of contact for families, individuals, local authority and healthcare professionals who wish to make an enquiry or referral into Bricket Wood care.

The Referrals team will gather all the relevant information to assess whether we can meet the needs of the individual being referred and if they are compatible with the people already in our supported service.

We work with local authorities, integrated care boards, continuing healthcare teams and other professionals to identify local needs and provide quality, personalised solutions. Whether it’s tailored placements providing specialist support to individuals in our established services or working together to develop new services where they’re needed most – we’re dedicated to providing the very best care and ensuring continuous improvement to meet needs within Hertfordshire.

We can accommodate placements at short notice subject to the assessment and will also offer respite support for families who may be in crisis.

For the families

We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your loved one to grow and flourish. Through person-centered care, we focus on your loved one’s unique needs, preferences, and interests, and tailor our care to support their goals and aspirations, all with family involvement. If you’re looking for a home for a loved one and want to find out more, our referrals team can be contacted at 01923 628337 or by submitting an enquiry form.

The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and we know that listening to families gives us the best chance of getting things right. As a family member we hope you will help us choose your loved one’s support team, play a central role in support planning and reviews, and speak up if you believe things are going off track.

It makes a huge difference to our support teams when they receive compliments from families of the people they support. If you would like to pass on a compliment, you can do so here – thank you.
